APPEARANCE: Setsuna stands at five foot, eight inches and weighs in at a whopping one hundred and twenty pounds. She has gray eyes and her hair is dark green and down to the middle of her back. Her wardrobe is fashionable - following trends surprisingly, rather than actually starting them. Her attire is appropriate most of the time though she's got a sophisticated look and yet is a fan of casual.

PERSONALITY: Setsuna has been described as cold, impersonal, and somewhat lonely - the loneliness said to be evident in her eyes. However she does consistently display warmth and affection for Chibiusa - as well as the other Senshi. When she reincarnates, she becomes a bit less cold, but still not very emotional. While Setsuna is incredibly patient, well spoken and wise - she does have occasional fun with the other Senshi when time permits. Most importantly, she's cautious in taking any type of leadership role - referring to the other Outer Senshi.

ABILITIES: Her precise abilities and knowledge of the past and present are only vaguely defined, as omniscience. This omniscience is represented as being able to watch through the gates of time and such. She has power over both time and space, and is ordinarily stationed at the Space-Time Door to prevent its use. She's regarded as one of the Guardians of the Underworld, and is a ruthless soldier who follows rather exacting laws, executing any intruders who dare violate the underworld. When charged with the duty of guarding the gates of time by Queen Serenity, she was given three rules which she was forbidden to disobey: she must not travel through time, she must not abandon her post at the Door, and she must never cause time to stop. She often breaks all three of these rules..

The garnet orb she carries is exclusive to only her - anyone else who attempted to use it would likely be zapped into oblivion. She has enough power over time to stop it entirely, and although she is forbidden to do so, she uses this power to stop the destruction of the universe due to time paradoxes - and to save any of her friends in rare cases. Each time she sacrifices her own life as a result, but is reincarnated later.

   Dead Scream
Her eyes fade completely black and by whispering "Dead Scream" she expels a sonic wave with the potential to flatten buildings.

   Time Stop
This power she can carry out at will, and does not need to be spoken. She can stop time, however whatever event she changes - she is hit with the consequence personally.

   Chronos Typhoon
This sends a cyclone-like rush of energy at whatever target she chooses.

   Garnet Ball
With this she can create an engulfing shield using the orb. It can protect against attack but also trap a person or object in a fixed point in time.

   Dark Dome Close
She uses this power to close off any/all passages to worlds when the Space-Time Door is misused. Naturally, she is able to open sealed off passages as well - though for this she has keys.

BACKGROUND:
  » Setsuna is the daughter of Chronos, god of time, and part of the Outer Senshi. She exists both in the distant past and distant future without changes in appearance or demeanor because of her origin. She was ordered to be stationed at the Door of Space-Time by Queen Serenity.

  » While guarding it she had a special bond with the future Princess of Crystal Tokyo Small Lady Serenity, and gave her Luna-P - a ball that resembled Luna that could do magic and communicate with her with. Later on she helped Small Lady escape into the present time from Nemesis. Setsuna then gave her a key (after Small Lady had already stolen one) to the Gate.

  » For a temporary time she took on a civilian identity and became a university student majoring in theoretical physics. She cared for Hotaru along with Michiru and Haruka - as well as assisted the Inner Senshi.

  » When daimons had surrounded Mugen Gaken, they attacked Michiru and Haruka in their helicopter, immobilizing it. Setsuna used time stop to save the passengers while Michiru and Haruka teleported to safety. Because of this action and violation, she was thrown into a dimensional rift.

  » Once more Setsuna has abandoned her post at the Gates of Time to live as a civilian. This time she is working as a fashion designer, owning her own store. She currently resides in a 2-level loft apartment above it.
